Is 3D animation included?
3D visuals are an optional add-on, scoped separately. They are useful when filming is unsafe, proprietary, or cannot show what matters clearly.
Is travel included in pricing?
No. Travel is billed separately and estimated in advance. We batch capture efficiently to minimize travel costs.
Can we use the videos inside our LMS?
Yes. We deliver standard formats that can be uploaded to your LMS or shared through internal systems. If you want full course builds, that can be scoped separately.
What does the retainer cover?
The retainer reserves 4 on-site hours per month for walkthrough, filming, and coordination. Editing and delivery are included within the agreed monthly scope. Additional on-site time can be added if needed.
